Squeeze the juice from the pulp of the peeled fruit into a free bowl or bowl, add wine in a certain amount, add fine sea salt, as well as dried oregano, black pepper, mix everything together and pour the prepared marinade over the chicken breasts that were placed in the pan. Stir the vegetables and after a few minutes pour in the remains of the fragrant marinade, cook this vegetable sauce for a few minutes over moderate heat. As soon as half of the liquid has evaporated from the pan, add the chopped basil leaves, olive rings and chicken fillet. Continue cooking this Greek dish for another eight minutes, then transfer the chicken meat and vegetables to a beautiful flat dish, pour thick sauce over it, decorate it with fresh spicy herbs and slices of feta.
