We have a unique ‘Saleability Assessment’ that helps us understand why your home isn’t selling, and what we need to do about it.  Scored out of a possible 40, we find that at the outset, most sellers score less than 20, or 50%, and this just isn’t enough in a tough market like we are experiencing today.

Our aim is to improve each one of these factors, so that you start getting the right kind of buyers showing interest in your home.  We find that if the right market is not targeted, sellers usually suffer from a lack of viewings, a lack of offers, or very low offers.
